Stardock has released a Halloween Windows theme suite called RIP 2007... and it looks good to me. Check out how it looks on Vista and XP. There's even themed widgets on the sidebar... very cute! The iconpackager theme is compatible with the new icon features in Vista. There's only one downside... you have to buy a premium suite in order to get that suite.

This halloween skin is also not too bad.

This WB6 and Vista specific skin looks interesting to me. It's "a sleek and uncluttered skin that has nuances of OSes of the past. " Even the tabs in IE are skinned.. NICE.

By the way, I post this stuff because I know at least one other person on my friends list might appreciate it.

I just wanted to point out a few Windowblinds 6 themes because they are now skinning the new start menu (in Vista) and are looking better in my opinion.

Desk 1 This skin looks good although they should make a unified toolbar.

Desk 2 This one also skins the glass toolbar although I'm not sure if it skins the forward\back buttons yet. It doesn't skin the border around the user icon on the start menu.

Desk 3 This one is not bad but it needs work. The forward\back buttons need changing and they need to remove the pin stripes from the drive folder background.

WIndowblinds 5 is looking good. That skin looks like a combination of brushed metal and aero glass and it's called "Aura". I really like how with 32-bit support in the skins like how WB5 has you can have independently transparent elements. They say WB5 is going into beta soon and I would like to try it out even if just on my old PC.

This week the two games I have been having the most fun with are Shrek 2 and Tron 2.0. I have the Mac versions of both games installed on my Mac Mini and they both run great at full detail at 1024x768.

Tron 2.0 is interesting. One reason why it is interesting is that in some ways it looks better or equal to the original 80's movie. It is fun for me after having watched that movie for a hundred times to play through a new story that takes place in it's universe and I can explore and play with the light cycles and things like that.

Shrek 2 is pretty fun but it can get a bit annoying when they are saying the same things over and over.

Check this out, Frogboy from stardock has posted a screenshot of the next major revision of Windowblinds.

The biggest thing is that it can do 32-bit titlebars that let you do things like Aero Glass on Windows XP. This is the biggest thing to me since Windowblinds got scrollbar support put in. It doesn't do the frosted glass effect that the real Aero glass does on longhorn but it's still 32-bit and is a lot better than a 24-bit skin which is what we have become accustomed to seeing on Windows XP thus far. People will be able to do tiltebars that have antialiased or feathered edges now.

*update* It seems Wincustomise is having issues so I uploaded a new shot that I had found there that is a better shot which also shows off the transparent taskbar better so take a look same link.
