I just read not too long ago that Microsoft is making it so DirectX10 on Windows 7 of 9 can run on the CPU if you don't have a dedicated graphics chip. It runs only slightly faster than running it on an intel integrated graphics chip.
This proves that intel integrated graphics chips are lackluster more than it proves how good their software is. This is especially true when you consider that it needs a top of the line 8 core CPU. It's a waste of time really.... if you have such a CPU you could afford to get a proper GPU. Or you can spend less on the CPU and balance it out and get a better GPU. On most people's average computers running it on the CPU will mean 1-2FPS most likely.
