Cute, interesting icons...

They are coming out with some really good stuff from the GUI Champions (stardock) site and icons are especially one of them.. I found these set of icons there and I converted them to the mac for personal use because they are so nice\cute looking to me. I converted them from an iconpackager theme. They reminds me of mini figures or kubriks:

Just living is now illegal.. ok maybe not.... but...

Check this out. They are pressuring companies to remove FM Recording from their players. A while back they wanted to prevent people from ripping their own legit bought CDs. I'm like at this rate they are going to make it so if we overhear music coming from another persons car or whatever that's illegal music listening! Then we will later have to put in special brain implant authorisation chips to listen to music =p Though things like this happen whenever a new recordable media comes out.

I think If they had their way pretty much anything we do with music is illegal. Except buying several copies one for each device you have doesn't matter the quality of said purchase. Hell I'm sure they want us to purchase low quality copies just so later on they can release higher quality copies and then we'd pay them all over again for them. I almost think they would go as far as saying they would only want the person who paid money for the song to be the only one to listen to it. Watch them come out with a device so that if a person comes over it'll say, "New person detected music authorisation required. Please enter in account info! We accept credit card or paypal!" etc.

I just saw this and while a 360 display sound neat it sure doesn't look comfy! o_O; Looks like they slipped a CRT monitor over her head.

Also look on the side, looks like Steve Irwin's daughter is going to be appearing in new programming related to her father.
