One thing I believe is that people shouldn't worry about what others do because of their fandom. For example there are these people on DA who shall go nameless who are getting on western anime fan's case for incorporating some japanese words into their vocabulary. True some fans can get annoying and go overboard with such stuff. But who died and made them judge?

Going on a hateful rant doesn't help their cause especially when they end it with something like, "If you argue against this rant then you are only supporting it with self defeating arguments". Seriously, this makes one sound like they are an immature fourteen or maybe even ten year old. To top this off some of them have even made animated GIFs depicting them beating a "fangirl" to a pulp. Did a fangirl kill their puppy?

Don't even try to argue against my air tight argument.. you've already lost before you begin! ah-haha... hah-ah-haha!

They are so worried because they believe that those fans are bastardizing japanese. But what they don't realize is that's how english was made. American english is bastardized english with words borrowed from many other languages.

I'm also reminded of when people would get riled up because someone made a computer theme to make their PC look like a Mac or Linux. Don't these people have anything better to do than worry about what others do with their spare time? Even as a Mac user I like seeing PC users customize their PCs in a Mac style to see how close they are able to make theirs. I didn't suddenly get a bug up my butt and start posting comments like, "GET A MAC!"

There are many things which I don't particularly care for that others do but I don't get in their faces for it. Some people need to learn tolerance. I realize that one may read this and assert: "Don't you have anything better to do than worry about them worrying what others do with their spare time" but come on!

If you argue against this you are supporting it. *wink wink*
