Tetsuo Time

I just read that Square-Enix is licensing the Unreal Engine 3 for future games press release PDF. No not FFXIII that is still going to use their own engine but future games although I would guess one of the first games will probably be an MMORPG. This engine has become very popular amongst companies and a lot of geat games are being devoloped with it but it's like with so many companies switching to it it may become the only engine in town before too long. However since it is totally cross platform it means it'll be easier to bring out a game for many systems. I'm catiously optimistic about this but it would be nice to see them develop more games that aren't just on Sony's consoles.
