Tetsuo Time

I had some aluminum coasters on order which finally came in today. I am not a drinker but I like the idea of coasters even for soft drinks or water*. Anyway....

I think they look OK although they are not the same shade or texture as my keyboard, mouse or computer. They look more like brushed nickel.. almost pewterish than anodized aluminum although it's not the end of the world. I also only really need one although they do look good in their holder. You can especially see how dark they are compared to my computer peripherals when seeing them from an angle.
