I did play Portal 2 recently and I liked it. I'm not sure I'd give it game of the year as it's not anywhere near over yet but I do like it anyway. I liked the plot twists they put into the game and the humor. The graphics also look very good despite what some may call the aging source engine. I haven't gotten to the CO-OP campaign as I don't have a friend to play it with and I'd rather play CO-OP games like that with a friend.

I finally got around to beating FEAR 2 and I'm ready for FEAR3 although it got delayed again.... I'll probably play through the original FEAR as I played through most of it but never beat it and beat FEAR 2 a few more times before it comes out. I've really gotten into the FEAR series as I'm a fan of horror games and FPS games.

Other games I have played through and completed that I haven't mentioned here yet that I can remember are Transformers War for Cybertron, Singularity, Saw The Video Game, Bioshock 2, Assassin's Creed 2 (I'm getting Brotherhood next month), Mirror's Edge, Wolfenstein (2009), Clive Barker's Jericho, Chronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena, X-Men Origins Wolverine and Borderlands. I'll probably write my full impressions of those games sooner or later.

I also completed LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 which was I felt the best LEGO game so far although it sort of fizzled out at the end I thought the ending for it was pretty weak and the final boss wasn't as well done as the previous bosses. I want to try out LEGO Pirates of the Carribean to see how it compares to it.

Some of those I was late on playing as they came out within the last few years but I didn't have a system to play them at the time.... but i don't care I still have fun anyway.

All the games I listed I have running very well in OS X via WINE based wrappers (the ones that aren't available native that is.. the Asssasin's Creed games 2 and above are for example) but there's still a couple of games which I haven't that I instead beaten or almost beaten on a PC I have hooked up to a 32 inch HDTV. Those are John Woo Presents Stranglehold and Devil May Cry 4 although I STILL haven't beaten DMC4 especially since I can't play it on my own computer and I rarely play on that PC hooked up to an HDTV.

I finally also got around to beating Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines a few times... there was a mission where you have to blow up a warehouse in the beginning which I found uninspired so I walked away from it for a while but after that the game picks up and I liked it despite the combat being rather weak. It's a real good game.... it's especially good after you apply stuff such as the unofficial patches, clan quest mod and a few texture\model modifications.

Those are just the major games I have been playing I have been trying out some games that have been ported from the iOS to the Mac that have been showing up on the Mac App store such as Samurai II, Zen Bound II, Guerilla Bob, and Battle Bears -1. Those ones are entertaining enough but I gave Angry Birds a try and it's just not a game that I feel like I can get into.

I'm working on completing Trine but I'm not as into side scrolling games as much as 3rd person or 1st person games that are not side scrolling.

I just about completed that course they just handed me my certificate of completion. Now a thing I have to do is make an appointment to take the actual A+ certification test.
