Nice Stuffs!
Jun. 7th, 2008 09:30 pmI am checking out a page that is full of cute\funny\interesting stuff. Some of my favorite things are:
Panda Skillet - I could see me cooking in this. Yes, I do cook.
Domo-kun Plush - Need I say more? I WANT!
Stiloso Rojo Headphones - I first saw these at urban outfitters and thought they where cool in a retro sort of way. They probably sound real good too. I tend to prefer this style of headphones from a sound perspective and these look pretty nice to boot. It has an inline mic and works with the iPhone so it would be ideal for that if I ever got one.
poyoccho eye pillow - I'm including this here just because it's so silly! May be nice though.
These Zipper Pulls - Are cute!
If you look around that page you may find other stuff that you may like. I didn't want to list too much here. I also liked urban outfitters as well.
What I could really use though is a set of quirky\cute drink coasters for my desk. If anyone can recommend any please leave a comment!

May. 17th, 2008 04:34 pmI found the site of that water that they where advertising in that commercial you posted the other day. It makes me think.... this site and ad campaign is silly! That may be where you found that ad in the first place but I figured I'd post it anyway...
According to this page Drench brand water is supposed to be "100% spring water and with its stylish and modern packaging, is designed to appeal to the youth market.
It’s valved, flip top cap means it won’t spill when you are on the move."
Hooray? Darn that water always spilling when I'm on the move! ;)
For my friends who haven't seen it here's the commercial:
The only reason why I mention this at all is because it's so amusing.

Wow! (a quick one)
Apr. 27th, 2008 03:03 pmThe disease Alzheimer's is a sad one but there is something amusing here with this digg article. As others there have pointed out it the title almost looks like they are talking about Doctor Who. Like "False claims made by Doctor Who can reverse Alzheimer's!" Wow, Doctor Who can fix lots of things in unexpected ways! Either that or watching Doctor Who reverses Alzheimer's.. I was like I always thought it was a good show but it has benefits too! ;)

This tests the myth that if you sneeze with your eyes open your eyes would pop out of your head. I laughed out loud the first time I saw this on TV:
A bit later they had an optomotrist on who said there are lots of things keeping your eyes in your head so it really isn't possible.
I thought it was the most funniest when I first saw it but seeing it again I can't help but laugh. I laughed until my throat was sore! That face he makes while holding his eyes open and sneezing is priceless... and then hearing it in slow motion!

The equation there kind of works for people as old as me because if you take my age and divide it by two and add seven you get around 21 years old. However if you take someone who's 80 and divide their age by two and add 7 you get 47 years old. I'm sorry but that person is still too young for that old fogey.
Going by that equation the Doctor who is 900 years old should date someone who's 457 years old! Dang.. Martha and Rose where way too young for him! ;) OK they weren't dating... or where they? ;)
