I have been thinking of TV on a computer for quite a while. With a TV tuner card you can have DVR and not have to pay extra a month for it. Well there's a TV tuner in particular that I'm interested in and that's this one. There's only one thing though.. hauppage seems to have licensed the same technology for their new USB TV Tuner card and it costs less and uses the same application on the Mac as the other one uses. The elgato is 149 dollars and the hauppage is 119 dollars. The only other thing is my computer isn't powerul enough to recieve the HD 720 or 1080 resolution channels I need a newer core duo computer to watch those channels. But add that to my list of things I want. ;)
