I played recently a game called Tasty Planet and it is interesting to me. I completed the demo levels and it makes me feel like registering so I can play the rest of the levels. The game is pretty simple you are some kind of amoeba devouring everything that is smaller than you and becoming bigger and bigger (sort of makes me think of Akira =P) The musiec in the levels is also amusing. The game controls well with either mouse or gamepad. I played the game using the analog stick on my gamepad although I imagine it's very easy to control with the mouse too like moving your cursor around the screen. Despite how simple the graphics look they do look better when you turn up the resolution. I was playing it on my 14 inch laptop and I ran it at its native resolution 1024x768 and it looked good. The game is deceptively simple. Most of the levels in the demo I barely made it before time ran out.
