The theme is a differently colored "Umaso" mod. The icons are good ol' puft icons. The font is Optima, the video is this weeks Doctor Who. It's playing in a video player for the Mac called "Niceplayer" The wall is a custom one that someone edited from some artwork.. I forgot who.
Since I never do one and I recently did some work on it here's my laptop screenshot:
The Windowblinds theme is called "Black" and I found it on Wincustomize. I forget where I found the wall. The toolbar in Explorer is courtesy of Styler Tool bar and a skin I edited. Most skins for Styler Toolbar have a search field to make them look more like windows Vista but it's fake it doesn't work it's just a button to bring up the search sidebar so I removed it and adjusted the address field to compensate. I also hated how it said address on there I know what it is =P I removed it and I also removed the bar beneath it that was sort of like a shellstyle. That made the toolbar theme nice and simple. I'm using GAIM (now Pidgim) because it's nice and simple.. yet does everything I need when I'm on here.
I used a program called "Rumshot" to generate the thumbnail\screenshot. I use a similar program on the Mac called "Snapshooter" to do the same thing. If you download it I also suggest downloading the themes pack because it only includes one theme with the program.
