Multiplayer Games
Aug. 28th, 2005 04:01 pmI just thought of something today. I would like to play some multiplayer games but not with random people. If anyone on my friends list has the following games and would like to join me in some multiplayer games (co-op especially if it is available) please message me especially if you have broadband like I do. Or you can e-mail me at smoke_tetsu at comcast.net
Games:
Quake 1, 2, or 3.
Doom, 1, 2 or 3. (The classic ones 1 and 2 would require you to download jdoom and use it with the .wad files from the game) Doom 3 requires this mod if you want to play coop in it with me. On second thought, strike that mod until the next version. It kept on crashing on my computer. =p
Hexen or GLHexen 2 (Hexen requires the hexen.wad and jdoom like Doom does).
Unreal, UT or UT2004
Also if you don't mind downloading another game Digipen's Scavenger Hunt is another option. It's a free cute anime scavenger hunt game where you have to collect items and bring them back to a chest before the other players do. It is pretty fun I tried it out last night single player.
That's it right now. I used to play coop on Doom and Quake with my sister on our LAN but now that I am not living at home anymore we can't do that. I also used to play UT with one friend from my friends list but I was on dialup back then and by the time I would download the map that she would be downloading the match was over. =p
I would have listed more games but I only have my Mac hooked up to the net right now.
