As you can tell I like looking at Blogs (mostly gadget) and finding stuff.. =P

The Lamps here are interesting looking. I'm not sure I'd want one but they are interesting nonetheless.

Continuing the trend here is another steampunk gadget.. this time a guitar.

The comment on this article is amusing to me:

"Well, if that future awaits us, this G-Tech International "Neber" ergonomic PC chair is the first step. Looking like an office desk combined with a dentist chair, it tilts you back so you're lulled into a sense of comfort and tranquility. That's when the cables come out and jack into your brain, I assume, but there are no pictures of that, so you'll have to use your imagination."

When I was younger I would have liked one of these bean bag chairs. But I would have never bought one because at $600USD it's too expensive for a chair! Give me the standard bean bag chair... although when I did buy a bean bag chair it was mostly my best friend who used it.. not me.. I just used my futon.

This action figure is amusing to me. *sings* Geekman.. Geekman.. does whatever a Geek can!

Interesting suitcase\bike... I probably wouldn't ever buy one but it's still interesting.

One more thing....

DreamAuthentics Katana Brings the Arcade to Your Desk That's neato burrito! Although some say it's cheaper to build your own. $2,500USD does seem a bit too much though. =P But you get a lot of licensed games for that price. The person who wrote the article at Sci-Fi complained about the number of buttons but in order to accomodate any 2D arcade game you'd play you need all those buttons. Especially if you want to play Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. I wouldn't take any less than what they have there.

Remember that steampunk keyboard I wrote about a while back where they had a tutorial to make your own? Well if you want one but don't want to make it yourself this web site will oblige. A neat thing is this keyboard looks a bit more refined than the original it even includes nice looking lights up for numlock\capslock\etc. and it has Windows keys. Unlike the other one this is also a modern USB keyboard also... they used an old PS/2 keyboard for the original one. I also really enjoy the silver on black color scheme of this one. I would like to see one that has apple keys on it.

This web site even has a "Steampunk Computer"... which looks pretty interesting. But I think I would prefer if it used the above keyboard and had a wider area to put it on whih also can accomodate a matching mouse. Also I would remove those lamp thingies... and it would be cool if the clock was hooked to the computer. Hell.. there are a lot of things I would do different (while still keeping it steampunk).. but..

Things like this though I mostly like to look at but probably never actually do.
