First port request

Yesterday I received an e-mail from a computer user wanting to release a port of cathode to MS Styles. Well, I could not give him permission because I only updated the Mac OS version of that theme, I didn't originally create it. But it is still interesting to me because I used to be the one sending out the e-mail to get permission (but for windowblinds of course).

Still though even if it was totally MY theme I would not have given him permission right away because there where several things I could see in his shot that don't look the way they're supposed to. Like instead of using the cathode toolbar buttons he took the aqua buttons and inverted the colors to make them black. Then there where also bitmaps that where totally wrong. So I would have said, "You have made good progress but you need to go work on it some, replace those bitmaps that aren't from cathode and I'll consider giving you permission".

the doctor is in the house

I just finished watching the latest episode of Doctor Who and I am still really enjoying this new series. If you haven't been seeing it and you like sci-fi I suggest you run not walk to a bit torrent site and start downloading.

I would go into detail about what I wonder is going to happen next week but I don't want to put any spoilers in here.
