In this entry I want to talk about a PC Gamer Podcast that interests me...
This Podcast was amusing to me. To see what would happen PC Gamer went to one of the PS3 lines where people are camping out for days to get their hands on a PS3 and offered a souped up PC to someone who would be willing to get out of line and also sign a contract saying they will not buy or have someone buy for them a PS3 for 3 years. It originally was supposed to be for life but they said they had to put a limit on it. They got 12 people to put their names in a hat to win the honor. The downside though is most of the people in line including the winner weren't there to buy the PS3 to play they where buying it to sell on Ebay and the one who won already was a WoW player so they didn't convert anyone but I suppose like they say his friends and family might see his kick ass PC and want to get a PC for themselves (which you actually don't need to spend 7,500 dollars to get one that can play games). Some people weren't even aware that you could do the things on a PC that this PC was capable of. I was just thinking though I would myself have no trouble signing my rights to a PS3 away for the best PC out there for FREE and there's nothing in the contract that said he can't get a Wii. ;)
