I was looking at the macthemes workstation photo thread and I saw this photo. And someone asked the person about the speakers and he said they are these ones. I knew of the matching Mac Mini external hard drives they sell but not those speakers. They are pretty interesting not only because of their unique looks but because they connect to the firewire port which they also draw their power through so you don't need a seperate power supply\cable to connect it to the computer's sound card. The only question is I wonder how good they sound and I wonder if they are better than my JBL Creature Speakers II. Although I read that connecting the speakers to the computer via the firewire port has advantages like: "The signal passed from your Mac is data that's only decoded when it gets to the speaker, which should result in a better sound".

I'd also like a razor thin display to go with my razor thin keyboard. ;) That's a 32 inch 0.74 inch thick HDTV. My only complaint is the stand looks too tall I hope it's adjustable.
